This Privacy Policy describes how Squiz ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
A. Information You Provide Voluntarily
Account & Profile Data (Firebase Authentication): If you choose to sign in using Google Sign-In, we collect basic profile information provided by Google, including your display name, email address, and profile picture URL. If you choose to play anonymously, a unique random ID (UID) is generated to identify your account without collecting personal identity details.
Leaderboard & Gameplay Data (Firestore): When you complete puzzles or submit scores, your display name, score/completion times, and user ID are stored to populate in-game leaderboards and allow friend-invite functionality.
B. Information Collected Automatically
Device and Usage Data: We automatically collect certain information when you access and use the App, including your device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, and general usage statistics.
Advertising Identifiers: Third-party advertising networks may collect your device’s Advertising ID (such as Android Advertising ID) to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements.

The App offers an in-app purchase option to remove advertisements ("Remove Ads"). All financial transactions and payment processing are handled exclusively by Google Play Billing. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, banking information, or billing address.
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
To provide, maintain, and improve core App functionality (puzzles, game state, leaderboards).
To facilitate Google Sign-In and friend invite links.
To display advertisements via Google AdMob (unless unlocked via the "Remove Ads" purchase).
To process in-app purchase entitlements.
To monitor app performance, detect crashes, and fix technical bugs.
Our App is intended for general audiences aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can promptly delete such information.
Firebase Account & Score Data: Your account and leaderboard data are stored in Google Firebase as long as your account remains active.
Data Deletion Requests: You may request the deletion of your account and associated leaderboard data at any time by contacting us at the support email provided below.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
